*Terms & Conditions: all goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which insures the value of the goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card within 10 working days from processing your return and will exclude shipping costs.
If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.
INCORRECT GOODS/FAULTY PRODUCT RECEIVED
We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact email@example.com immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Amirab, for a full refund. All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number, within 14 days starting the day after you receive your order. If your order has been already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures detailed above. PURCHASING GOODS ONLINE

All our international orders are dispatched using a DHL Express or UPS Service and all orders for National (the UK) are despatched using other couriers which will require a signature, Monday-Friday 8am-8pm.
You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information. We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Standard delivery orders will mostly be delivered within 5 working days. For Highlands and Northern Ireland please allow 5-7 working days. During sale time delivery may take longer.
Your order can be delivered any time between 8 am and 8 pm and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
From time to time Amirab will offer free delivery promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to our email updates. Please note that free delivery promotions will be applied at check out.
Amirab insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have a specified recipient or different delivery address, then you accept that evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Amirab and transfer responsibility in the same way.
